This is the best beef stew recipe I have tried. It tastes fantastic! I did add mushrooms to it. All in all, this is a terrific beef stew a matter of fact, it is now my go to recipe for beef stew because it is so excellent! Thank you!

This was the best beef stew I have ever made or eaten in my 58 years! I only had to add a little more beef broth than the recipe called for, since it was too thick by the time the veggies are added, but there was plenty of broth left in the broth box. The other three adults who ate with me all loved it too, as well as my homemade bread! The thickness of the stew was perfect by the end of cooking time.

It was delicious! My boyfriend absolutely loved it! To reduce the cooking time, I put the potatoes in the microwave first to soften them. I also boiled the carrots and celery while I was cooking all the meat. Once the meat was tender in the stew, it only took another 10 min.s
