I was a little disappointed. I made 2 - 8x8” pans & they took a LOT longer than indicated. I baked at 325 for 15 min - then bumped up to 350 for 10 min & then let them stay in oven another 5 min. They’re ok, but not what I expected. I did add a little vanilla extract to them.
I’ll make again, but will tweak a little.

Made these twice now. The second time I made them thicker, which I liked better as they didn’t break apart as easily and only added a minute or two to baking time. I used a floured shortbread cookie cutter. BTW - DELICIOUS!

These were so easy and delicious! I’m making icing today using the butter and sugar. It tasted better than any other icing when I sampled it before I added the flour for the cookies when I made them.

Delicious! Just the right amount of sweet to accompany a nice cup of coffee! We used unsalted butter with a 1/4 tsp salt as recommended.

Simple recipe with few ingredients. Turns out pretty and tastes even better.
Love it.

These are simply amazing. Best and yet most simple recipe. They are a hit with anyone that I have shared them with.
