Turned out good. I added a few handfuls of assorted shredded cheese to the white sauce. Next time I’ll skip the onions—they added nothing and I picked them out. Hubby liked them.

used 1 cup evaporated milk, 1 cup chicken broth, 1 Tb sour cream, chopped parsley, magic seasoning. Added chopped ham and cheese.

Simple and yummy. A true scallop potato recipe as it does not include cheese, which then makes them Au gratin potatoes.
