yum. thank you. rolled in cornmeal before cooking as someone suggested. quick snack for the fam. served with spicy garlic sauce.

Prep wasn’t difficult, but working with canned salmon wasn’t what I expected. Thank God the recipe said to remove bones or I would have just chucked it in. Delicious though once it’s crispy!
