I've made this recipe a few times and it always turns out perfect. With that in mind, I made a couple of changes to the recipe. I used dry thyme, instead of fresh thyme, dry dill and I also added fresh squeezed lemon and finally onion and garlic powder. It's always absolutely delicious.....😋

Modified with the spices from Red Dragon from the fairy tale cookbook. Made a remoulade with the other ingredients from Red Dragon to put on top. The other cooking instructions were from this. It was perfect.

my family are lovers of lamb and living in a small country town finally found a rack of lamb visiting the city! this recipe was a huge hit and my guys devoured it nothing was left! needless to say I had to drive back to the city 2 hrs away and stock up so we could make this again.

I followed this recipe almost to the tee. I added garlic powder and used sea salt instead. It was delicious!! The chops were tender and they melted in ur mouth! Great recipe! Will definitely use again!!!

Great recipe. Lamb was delicious & so easy to prepare. Loved the easy preparation steps & especially clear directions about cooking temperatures. Not a fancy recipe but very good.

Easy to make. A little bland but we just ate it with mashed potatoes. I would make it again.

perfect! this was simple and easy to follow. i did youtube a quick 30 second video on cutting the fat but that was it. tasty and easy with a veggie side

Perfectly delicious. I didn't have fresh herbs, so I soaked the dried herbs in the olive oil before marinating.
