This turned out to be very good. My husband and I loved it. Would definitely make again.

Very delicious. I wouldn't change the egg to milk ratio or the bake temp and time. It's perfect. Just the right amount of nutmeg. I made mine with honey baked ham, brocolli, and onions. I also used dairy free substitutes. It converted perfectly.

amazing recipe so delicious and easy to execute. Options are unlimited. If you add in veggies it will take longer to cook due to moisture content.

It was delicious! Easy to make cooked it a bit longer wasn't quite cooked in the centre.

Delicious! I used half- and-half and chose gruyere—expensive, but worth it for the flavor. The middle was undercooked, so next time I will put my aluminum pie crust protector on and bake longer. 4 stars for expense.

I didn't use the same add ins but used the same proportions and my ham, Swiss and mushroom quiche came out fantastic .
