- 1 cup chopped celery (115g)
- 1 cup yellow onion (or diced red, 130g)

- 1 cup raw cashews (soaked in water for 10 minutes 135g)
- 2 dried dates (pit taken out and soaked in super hot water for 10 minutes)

- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast (20g)
