Exactly what I wanted to make. I like salsa, but *this* with fish tacos? Soooo good!

I make this all the time but sometimes I add 1 Tbs of red wine vinegar,2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil and 1/2tsp of black pepper and 1/2 tsp garlic powder. And sometimes I put 3 or 4 small red, yellow and orange baby bell peppers. Experiment and you will find great flavor profiles.

Fresh & addictingly delicious! Love making this as a topper for my shredded chicken burrito bowls, or just to have it on it’s own with tortilla chips.

Easy and delicious! If you want to mix it up, use tequila instead of lime juice. Or go half and half.

I used the two Serrano’s and took out the membrane and seeds of one and used all of the other. Turned out perfect!

Perfect classic recipe!! So easy to make, I'm actually surprised I haven't tried it earlier. I think I'd like a little more spice next time, so I'll probably remove the seeds from just half of the jalapeño!

We love pico de gallo in my house. It's fresh, it's easy, and it's healthy. I always add a pinch of pepper and sometimes I will also add chopped garlic. Perfect for hot summer days!
