- 2 pears (we used Concorde)
- 115 grams unsalted butter (softened)

- 115 grams eggs (lightly beaten, about 2 large eggs)
- tart (To finish the Pear)
- 1 handful flaked almonds
- 2 tsp. apricot jam (ideally smooth blended with a drop or two of water to slacken)
