Unbelievably delicious! I typically use a recipe as more of a “suggestion,” but not here.. I followed the directions exactly-and this is the best panzanella salad I’ve ever had (and I tend to order them in season at really good Italian restaurants). Letting it rest for thirty minutes is critical since it makes the toasted bread both soft and crunchy. And also picking really ripe organic heirloom tomatoes for full flavor…👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

This salad is so delicious I could eat the whole thing in one sitting. I brought it to a potluck this week and got so many compliments and requests for the recipe. It's simple to prepare, and incredibly flavorful.
