    I’ve made these pancakes several times. It is a quick recipe full of flavor. I also add chocolate chips and pumpkin (not necessarily together) to the recipe.

    Seriously YUM! I ran out of vanilla so I used Saigon cinnamon no whole milk so I used 1/4 half n half with 2% milk. Super fluffy and delicious!

    This is definitely a really good pancake recipe I use it all the time as a base for my pancakes. If you do decide to use this recipe I would recommend using 1 1/2 cups or 2 cups of milk as the suggested 1 1/4 is a little too thick. I’d would also add a bit more spices to the batter like cinnamon and nutmeg, so the batter itself has a bit more flavor but, that’s just for my personal taste. Aside from that I think it’s really great recipe I would definitely recommend to try it my family really loved it.

    Great recipe I have to use gluten free flour so the batter turned thin. To improve it I changed the flour amount to 1 1/3 cups
