I was surprised with how good these turned out! I did not use any pork—just ground beef—and I used Italian bread crumbs. I usually buy meatballs at the store, but with this super easy recipe, I will make these from now on.

Good basic recipe, needs more seasoning next time I will use more garlic and add onions, instead of plain breadcrumbs I’ll use the Italian style ones.

Turned out great! I added a little extra fennel and pepper flakes, used ground veal. Would also be good if you mixed in some geound italian sausage. Will definitely make this again.

I added a little garlic and used a favorite sauce of mine...Served it over Angel Hair pasta. Delicious!

I am cooking for my son's rehearsal dinner. My husband told me to make a second batch after he tasted the meatballs and sauce. Fantastic flavor. A real keeper!
