- 1 cup crushed ice ({I opted for cubed ice})
- 1 sprig mint (for garnish {I subbed sage from the garden}, optional)
- 8 oz. blanched hazelnuts ({aka filberts})
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 dash orange flower water ({optional})
- 1.5 oz. rum (aged, {I used Dancing Pines’ Cask})
- 1.5 oz. pineapple juice (grilled, {see recipe below})
- 1 oz. lime juice
- 0.5 oz. orgeat (hazelnut)
- 0.25 oz. orange curaçao
- 1/2 tsp. allspice (St. Elizabeth, dram)
- 0.25 oz. dark rum
- 0.5 oz. pomegranate juice
- pomegranate seeds (for garnish, optional)
