Great simple Macaroni Salad recipe. I used Ditalini pasta, increased the onion to 3/4 C, subbed apple cider vinegar, added extra black pepper, a tad extra mustard and a few dashes of garlic and onion powder. Was pleased with the results!

Classic defines this recipe. Delicious, reminds me of my moms. Have made several times. Wouldn’t change a thing!

Yum! Doubled the pasta. Used less than double the mayo. Also had some green apple infused vinegar.... Talk about elevating the flavors! Yum! Will definitely make again.

Good flavor but I added garlic and onion powder and sweet paprika. Kicked it up a notch.

I doubled the macaroni but used the same amount of mayo and mustard. It was fine and turned out delicious.

I use spicy mustard instead of Dijon, used garlic sea salt and added egg. It was amazing!

I didn't have all ingredients but was able to improvise and it was delicious. I'm sure it would have been better if I had all the right ingredients.

Great recipe to start my Mac salad! I used half the mayo, added various chopped up sweet peppers, red onions, dill, no sugar, no dijon, and used red wine. I had a quick delish side for a potluck bbq! Thank you!

This is my first try at this recipe. Used Hellman's mayo and Grey Poupon. I should've left out the salt, so I added a little more sugar. For the vinegar part I used dry Marsala wine. Now this is MY kind of mac salad!

I love this recipe! My absolute favorite potato salad recipe is Best Foods too! I used apple cider vinegar because I didn't have red wine vinegar and it still came out delicious!

This recipe is quite heavy on the mayo. I'll try it again, but next time I'll halve the mayo & vinegar, double the veggies and use red onion. Maybe some red bell pepper, too.

I like the recipe. I would just add onions, tomato to the recipe. I like to see a variety of colors in the recipe.

Yummy. I added chives. My husband doesn't like mustard so I left it out and I got many compliments on it.

This turned out well. I did not use green peppers, a personal taste issue, and added a chopped, seeded tomato for color. I also used half light mayo. I thought it was just a little bland so added some chopped fresh dill and a spoonful of sweet relish. Tasty.

No changes made, was great as is. Will make this for our next family get together! I might add a boiled egg
