    These meatballs are delicious. The texture is soft and fluffy and make perfect meatball sandwiches. Baking them saves a big mess on my stove top.

    we went with large meatballs and this recipe made 22 of them! our family of 5 adults only ate half of them. we are freezing the rest to have another night!
