To proof I put the large bowl on a baking sheet and put the baking sheet over two burners on the lowest setting

I am a complete novice when it comes to bread making. Its kind of intimidating. This recipe was awesome. My family ate a loaf and a half. It was only out of the oven for an hour. Any left 9ver stake bread will make criutons.
So, if you are hesitant about making bread, try this one.
