I sautéed the onion in bacon grease before adding to ground beef. I also added in a little liquid smoke & 1 tsp. Tiger Sauce to the stated seasoning. Then grilled the patties. Best grilled burger I’ve had!

I usually don't care for hamburgers, but these were very good. I also added a but of A1 steak sauce to my beef mixture before cooking them.
