    I made it for supper one night an the WHOLE FAMILY loved it. I modified it and used chicken breasts instead of chicken thighs. Bake for 30 minutes with chicken breasts. Totally recommend this.

    I have picky "meat and potato" kind of kids in my house... this was a hit! I'm not a very good cook so easy and quick is the best for me. They loved it and came back for seconds. My 15 year old asked for more "turkey" because it was so juicy and tasty he didn't know it was chicken. LOL

    easy, moist and delicious! I used skinless, boneless thighs...doubled the recipe and did 5 of them....probably why they were so moist! Would use less salt next time...

    Surprisingly it was very tasty. I used bone-in chicken thighs and I triple the recipe and added a little bit more of olive oil with a hint of lemon and rubbed it all around chickens thighs and It came out very good. Quick and easy week day meal.

    It was really delicious! Cook time was slightly longer (30mins) because I used chicken breasts, but it still was really easy to do. I also used minced garlic instead of powdered garlic.
