Best fried chicken I’ve made in many many years!
Make sure to put large pieces in the oven when they get golden brown- on bake-325° for 6-8 minutes, to finish cooking or they will be raw in the middle.

Very good! I didn’t have any cayenne pepper, so I used soul food seasoning instead. Still turned out great!
