I’m just going to write out the recipe i followed (based on this recipe) so i can use it in future as it turned out PERFECT 😊 166g flour, 46g water, 46g milk, 13g sugar, 10g butter, 4g yeast, a little salt. Follow the recipe, laminating with 93g butter. Bake at 200C for 10mins then 170 for 10mins. Used it to make many different danish and french pastries.

Um, I froze my dough solid overnight what do I do? I'm not rating yet if I can still salvage it. so 5 stars count as unrated right now
