Added baby peas for last 10 minutes to finish off

Great easy recipe & really tasty we had plenty of left overs which I used in individual pie fillings the next day

It turned out really well. I didn’t slow cook it I just did it in a frying pan. I fried the onion, garlic and carrot for a few minutes until soft then I added the beef mince and browned. As soon as it was brown I added the tomato sauce, curry powder, Worcester sauce and stock, brought to boil and then simmered for about 10mins, poured in microwaved peas and cornstarch with water and cooked for a further minute until thick and creamy textured. Served with mash potato and broccoli

great tasting recipe...quick cheap and easy.....you can do so much with the leftovers

Loved it.Feed a family of four plus made 12 mini pies for after school snack for kids. Will be in my to cook again file.
