The chocolate chips made it eatable, but the baking soda was quite noticeable when I followed the recipe down to the exact measurements...
I did another batch with less baking soda, more agave syrup (you can use it instead of honey), more pure vanilla extract, and it was better.
It will be grainy since it's mostly flaxseed meal.
I would probably use this recipe as a base and mix it in with oats and make oatmeal chocolate chip bars out of it and add some berries as well.
