    Pretty tasty. Had no problems. I modified the recipe a little by combining it with another soup recipe, but it worked!

    Good basic recipe. I added cooked farro instead of noodles or rice and thinly sliced mushrooms at the end..

    So Delicious This chicken soup is the tasty I have ever made. So good on a chilly winter day. Easy to make I use 3 large chicken breasts instead of a whole chicken.
    It was delicious and easy to make. I loved that the recipe had simple ingredients, when I was done preparing this dish I felt like an expert cook.

    My super tough spouse was coming down with a cold. I made this soup for him. He loved it and I loved how quick and easy it was to make.

    Delicious! But maybe try stock instead of broth. I used all broth and maybe two cups of water to cover the chicken and the soup broth could use more flavor.

    Fresh dill is ALWAYS better. And real classic chicken soup usually does not use premade chicken broth. It makes its own broth from the chicken. Sliced leeks and some celery root and ginger is in my personal recipe and adds really nice flavor to it. As does some turmeric and cumin and a little thyme, and one bay leaf optional. There is NO cheese in this soup, nor tomatoes (unless you like Italian food). I come from European upbringing and this is the soup made in the old countries for generations.

    This is an extremely easy recipe that tastes better than anything you can buy. I did not have parsnips or dill so opted for more carrots and celery. I will make this again for my family.

    I actually added cherry peppers for a little heat and it came out awesome I did tweet it a bit. I added crushed tomatoes and instead of a whole chicken I used 8 chicken legs and browned a bit until no longer pink and then cooked on low heat with all the veggies and I like it because the veggies are not mushy it has the perfect bite. I topped it Parmesan cheese
