This was a great recipe. The crust turned out perfect, and I'm a bit of a stickler about that. I did use less fruit only because I had less, but it would have worked with more, too, and just been taller. One thing I did was scoop the fruit out of the mixing bowl with a slotted spoon. With fruit pies, you sometimes just have to manage the liquids.
