Agreed with adding more sauce and maybe less ricotta. I added some chopped onion when cooking the sausage and some fresh basil to the sauce. Very tasty!

Great. I used 2 jars of spagetti sauce and 1/4 cup parm chz mixed with ricotta and oregano and parsley. Kept mozz separate. Also added 2 tsp italian seasoning, some garlic powder and red pepper flakes to sauce. Plus added minced garlic the last minute of cooking sausage. Made 6 layers. Pasta, ricotta mix, mozz, repeat. Also covered for 30 mins, uncovered addl 10 mins.

This was very good. I used maybe a cup more sauce than it called for as my family doesn’t like dried out pasta. The only thing I would change is adding seasoning to the ricotta. It was a little bland.

Great recipe! I made it ahead for a crowd & just popped it in the oven when I needed it. Doubled the recipe and froze it for later.
