I used carrots from my garden and it turned out pretty well! I used craisins and added a teaspoon or two of honey to the rest of the recipe and it was pretty good!

Not my favorite, might try Greek yougert and honey instead of Mayo if I feel like making it next time

needed a bit of honey and mustard for a little complexity otherwise quick and easy
