Excellent- best ever- used prime NY roast leftover from Christmas dinner. Basic seasonings were very good together… modified amounts of some to tastes of family. Heavy on potatoes, carrots, added peas to final pot. Added extra mushrooms and chopped celery (2stalks) to onion & garlic sauté.
