I have never been one to follow the "measurements" on a recipe and probably used much more spice than directed, but used this as a guide, and it was delicious. And quick, which i appreciate after coming home from work. I will definitely be making this again!

I used Red enchilada sauce for the meat then i smothered them in green enchilada sauce.. So good!

It was pretty good! The best I've made at home. Next time I think I'll add a can of chopped green chilies to give it just a little bit more kick.
