Good recipe for 2 bananas instead of the normal 3. I put in extra large muffin tins qty if batter was just right. I use coconut oil instead. This is my go to recipe for banana nut muffins.

These were delicious! I actually added the walnuts to the batter instead of just on top. Also used mostly brown sugar instead of white. Thought the muffins would be a little bigger, but I can just double the recipe next time. Definitely making again.
