Not a “fancy” Mac. & Cheese recipe. But a easy, fast & tasty recipe. My only complaint (with other recipes including pasta) is the measurements of amount. I regularly transfer my pasta to a separate container. So never sure exactly about “ounce” amounts. I prefer a Cup(s) measurement.

The husband really like it! My only complaint is that it needed a little more flavor to it. I used Italian bread crumbs, so that helped

I doubled the recipe and made it into 9 x 13 pan‘s baked at the same time. I didn’t butter the bread comes but just sprinkled a few panko bread comes on top and sprinkle a tiny bit of the cheese on top and it turned out great!

I felt it needed more cheese. And there was too much flour. Not creamy enough . My family doesn't like bread crumbs.
