This recipe is delicious! I followed it except for using the marina I made last week instead of making more. My husband, a ricotta and cottage cheese hater, still prefers my own version of lasagna, in which I just layer meat sauce, noodles, and mozzarella. I was hoping the bechamel would entice him. He liked it—just not enough for me to go to the bother of making bechamel for this recipe. I thought it rocked!
