    Meh. Not impressed with this recipe. I found the flavour lacking and the filling has too much lemon juice. I also had to cook it for 20+ minutes longer than recommended. I’ve had and made much better apple crisp… not a remake.

    Great recipe! I substituted the castor sugar for brown sugar, and used Jazz apples. Great winter dessert

    Lessened the flour and sugar, added a little more lemon and had a variety of apples I needed to use = delish. So happy!

    Perfect! I've made it with just 1/2 of the flour mentioned in the receipe and it was just great. You can also adjust the sugar.
