Description
This is a spicy dish with a lot of flavor. Made with finely chopped garlic, onion, and cayenne pepper, this creamy dish will make a beautiful fall dinner. The parsley adds a color to the dish while the clams add texture.

Directions
- Saute the finely chopped garlic, onion, and cayenne pepper over low heat.
- Add the flour and paprika and stir for about a minute. Add the tomato and continue cooking. Then add the white wine and cook for 5 more minutes, add salt as needed.
- Add the clams and cover the saucepan until they open.
- Plate and sprinkle parsley on top.
