- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 5 oz. clams (can of whole baby, drained)
- 1/3 cup minced onion (finely, I used a food processor and processed until they were in small pieces but not pureed)
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 3 green onions (chopped)
- vegetable oil (for frying)
- candy (or Deep frying, thermometer)
- cookie (sheet with a couple layers of paper towels laid out.)

The taste if fine. These end up being more like fried clam biscuits. If I make them again, I'll cut the flour about in half. You can hardly taste the clams. Works well if you are serving a bit at a time like a BBQ.
