Made this recently for dinner, the short ribs were so tender, falling off the bone! Flavor was great, the lime juice sqieezed at the end was a nice touch along with the fresh cilantro. The only negative with this dish in my opinion is the fact that the recipe doesn't suggest that the carrots, celery, and onion used can still be eaten, seems somewhat wasteful to not serve along with the dish after removing orange zest strips and garlic bulb. We ate it with the fresh cilantro it was still tasty!
