- 1 lb. sea scallops (large, cleaned and connector removed)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley (minced)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh basil (minced)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. honey

Directions
- Place the Smart Oven+ Grill Attachment in oven. Select GRILL Mode and preheat Grill to High heat setting.
- Combine garlic, parsley, basil, sea salt, pepper, lemon juice, orange juice, olive oil and honey in shallow dish. Add scallops and marinate 10-15 minutes.
- Remove scallops from marinade and arrange them on the preheated Grill. Grill for about 3-4 minutes each side. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
