I was out of mayo, and found this recipe. It took three minutes to make; super easy. I watch my fat intake, and this was a bit too oily for me. I added about 1/4 cup of sour cream and that evened the oily taste out for me. I will make this again, but next time I will cut the oil in half and add 1/4 cup reduced fat sour cream to replace that other 1/4 cup of oil.
