- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup almond milk (or coconut-almond blend)
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 4 pinches salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. cocoa
- 5 Tbsp. citron tea
- juice (from 1 cutie)
- lime juice (A bit of)
- icing (pillsbury cream cheese)

Directions
- Combine flour, sugar, cutie juice, lime juice, cocoa, baking powder, and Citron tea in medium mixing bowl. Mix until well combined
- Add milk and stir until smooth
- Add salt
- Bake in oven for 15-20 mins at 350°F
- When finished baking, let cool completely before decorating with icing
