- 1 1/2 lb. fish fillets (firm-fleshed, such as halibut, cod, salmon, snapper, etc., cut into 2-inch pieces)
- 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 lb. littleneck clams (about 18, scrubbed)
- 1 1/2 lb. shrimp (extra large raw, peeled and deveined)
- Italian parsley (Fresh chopped, for garnish, optional)
