    Made a few adjustments for what I had in the cupboard. Light brown sugar instead of coconut sugar and vegetable oil instead of vegan butter They came out amazing will make again

    I substituted dairy-free yogurt since I didn't have any silken tofu on hand. They came out great! Thinking I will try with pumpkin as another person mentioned.
