Delicious. My husband picked up reduced fat buttermilk but none-the-less, they turn out great.

Muffins are quite yummy. Recipe was easy to put together and i just made my own caster sugar in the blender. They did not brown very much and I allowed them to bake a little longer than what the recipe called for. Picture shows before and after applying butter and cinammon sugar mixture.
