Description
Sweetened with agave syrup, these Cinnamon Rye Muffins are sugar free. Made with a blend of rye and whole wheat flour, these cinnamon spiced muffins have a rich, dense crumb. These healthy Cinnamon Rye muffins make the perfect grab and go afternoon snack or can be a great addition to a breakfast of fresh fruit and yogurt. Bake time is 15 to 20 minutes or until the tops of the muffins are golden in color.

- 190 grams agave syrup
- 140 grams rye flour (white)
- 160 grams whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 210 degrees Celsius (or 190 C. for a convection oven).
- Mix together the milk, eggs, melted butter, and syrup.
- Separately, sift together the 2 flours, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon.
