    Not too bad. Definitely takes longer than expected (think 3 hours). I cut the recipe in half and used whole wheat flour.

    Good recipe overall, but I needed about 12 cups of flour because 10 alone left me with more of a batter than a dough. I also added a bit of cinnamon sugar to the dough to boost the cinnamon profile and because as written it wasn’t as sweet as I would like. The measures for the fillings are a bit scant for my taste so I upped the amount of butter, cinnamon and raisins and I also added chopped pecans. Beautiful dough that rose really well and the rolls are tender. Had to shape the rolls a bit after cutting and it made huge rolls! Pretty good recipe - even better with some minor tweaks

    These cinnamon rolls were fantastic! Great directions. I’ll have to work on my rolling out skills LOL. Well worth the effort. Will make again during this pandemic and afterwards!!

    This turned out amazing! I’ve only ever made one other cinnamon bun recipe before and that one was bland and unappealing. THIS recipe is the exact opposite. My whole family is loving the warm-from-the-oven buns! I might add a bit more cinnamon next time (personal preference to have LOTS) but these buns certainly don’t need them. I also did a cream cheese icing and MAN did that set them off well. Love it! Thank you for this wonderful recipe!
