- 1/2 tsp. xanthan gum (leave out if your flour already contains it.)
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. gluten free baking powder
- 3/4 cup milk (For dairy-free I like cashew milk, almond milk or coconut milk.)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup butter (melted, For dairy-free I like Earth Ballance or Smart Ballance.)
- 1/2 cup butter (softened, dairy-free use Earth Balance or Smart Balance)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1 Tbsp. gluten free flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. canela
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. milk (dairy-free use cashew, almond or coconut milk)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
