    This cheesecake is amazing! It is so creamy and smooth. The addition of the cream cheese icing puts it over the top. Needless to say, it is very sweet so you only need a small piece but the taste is incredible. I don’t have mini pans so I used my 9” springform and it turned out perfect. It also freezes very well, slice up individual pieces so you only have to take out what you need.
