- 2 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking powder (aluminum free)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 cup pecan halves (and pieces, divided)
- 2 eggs (pastured)
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 2 cups raw milk
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 4 Tbsp. butter (pastured, melted, I use regular salted butter, unsalted is okay too)
- 2 1/4 cups powdered sugar (organic)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup half and half (could also use milk or cream)

This recipe was delicious but I must either the recipe calls for too much milk or the cooking time is not long enough. I followed the directions exactly but the oatmeal was still incredibly runny after 35 minutes. Needs more like 50-60 minutes in the oven.
