  • 1/4 cup promise buttery spread
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 granny smith apples (peeled, cored and cut into 1-inch wedges)
  • 3 sweet potatoes (peeled, and cut into 1-inch wedges)

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 450°. Combine Promise® Buttery Spread, cinnamon sugar and pepper in small bowl.
    2. Toss apples with 1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar mixture in medium bowl. Toss potatoes with remaining cinnamon sugar mixture in 15-1/2 x 10-1/2 x 2-inch jelly-roll pan; arrange in 1 layer. Bake potatoes 10 minutes. Stir in apple mixture and bake, stirring once halfway through, 25 minutes or until potatoes and apples are tender. Toss gently before serving.

    Definitely delicious! Instructions not the clearest -- doesn't ask for sugar in recipe but tells to use "cinnamon sugar" in recipe. We just winged it a little bit and added brown sugar to the cinnamon and butter. Overall, delicious and pretty easy to make!
