Yum!! Used 1 3/4 tsp dry active yeast proofed in 1/4 cup of the hot milk. Only used 1 tbsp water for the filling but still ran out when cut into. Foiled from the beginning...still came out too dark. Next time will try 400 instead of 425 oven. Tasted like a cinnamon bun. Think cinnamon french toast will be yum!
