- 1 cup sourdough starter (250g, I keep mine the consistency of think pancake batter 100% hydration)
- 1 3/4 tsp. salt (12g)
- 3 Tbsp. coconut sugar (35g)
- 1 1/4 cups filtered water (225-275g)
- 2 Tbsp. canela (15-20g, I like to go up to 20 for an extra cinnamon flavor)
- 1 1/4 cups raisins (190g)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup (180g)
- 1 Tbsp. butter (17g)
