Ended up following advice and adding a tsp of vanilla. Also added flax seed, oats, and extra water. Used the dough setting on the bread machine and then rolled out to get the swirl.

Came out great family loved it. Thinking of turning some into French toast. Used golden raisins and 2/3 cup almond flour.

I made this recipe in my 2 lb bread maker, liquids first, then dry ingredients, and it came out very nice. I did have to add a couple of hand fulls of flour here and there through out the kneading process, as it was really sticky, but that wasn’t a biggie. The only thing I changed other than that was that I added a half a cup of raisins, which I would definitely add even more of next time.
